Q. Can I have my own keyboard manufactured?
A.The production process does not allow one or a few keyboards to be made.

Q. When will Greybusters produce more designs?
A. We are constantly adapting our products. So each day new designs can be released. Keep an eye on our site...

Q. Can I pay in instalments?
A. No, you cannot pay in instalments. Business clients pay 50% at the time of ordering and 50% upon delivery.

Q. Is it possible to have one’s own design with photos printed on a keyboard?
A. Yes, it is possible, but only with a minimum order of 1000 pieces.

Q. Is it possible to pay with a credit card?
A. For the time being it is not possible to pay with credit cards. This will be possible via the Telsell website.

Q. Why are the keyboards priced differently?
A. The price of the different keyboards is dependent upon the cost of the design. You can understand that for keyboards with a license the costs are much higher, putting the keyboard in a more expensive price class.

Q. How can I pay my keyboard I ordered?
A. Here are two ways of paying : cash on delivery where an extra € 15,00 euro delivery costs are added or you lodge € 19,00 euro in our bank account, ABN AMRO account number 43.62.89.431 and you receive the unique Greybusters keyboard within two weeks at home.

Q. Does Greybusters also supply keyboards for an Apple MacIntosh?
A. Currently there are no Greybusters keyboards available for an Apple computer.

Q. Can I purchase a keyboard of Marco Borsato at Greybusters?
A. No, this keyboard is only available via www.marcoborsato.nl

Q. Do you also send keyboards abroad?
A. We can send abroad for you at extra postal cost. Please send us an email and we will contact you about ratings.

Q. Why do the keyboards have a different layout?
A. The layout is not different to that on other keyboards. If you mean that we offer a smaller keyboard, then you are right. We have chosen for an aesthetic design keyboard on which we can carry out our objective ‘remove all the grey from the world, beginning with the boring keyboard’ to a large degree.

Q. Are there also printed mice yet?

Q. Is it possible to order another layout, for example an Azerty, Qwerty or even a Greek layout?
A. Yes, only it could be that a layout does not exist yet. We can then only print an edition of a minimum of 1000 pieces.

Q. There are also keyboards on the website with a stones, Porsche and McDonalds design. Why can’t these be ordered?
A. There is a difference between corporate and theme keyboards. The corporate keyboards are only supplied by Greybusters when the company gives permission. The theme keyboards are available at our webshop or in our points of sale.
